The Black River Holiness Christian church, which hosted the St. Elizabeth Parish Council New Year/ Earthquake Awareness church service on Sunday January 18, was filled to capacity as member of staff from the council, agencies and friends of the council took time out to say thanks to God for the past year and seek his blessing and protection through 2015.
The service, one of largest in attendance by both Councillors and staff is still being echoed across the compound of the council, as the best church service.
In attendance were Custos Rotulorum Hon. Mrs., Beryl Rochester, His Worship the Mayor Councillor Everton Fisher, Minority leader Councillor Jeremy Palmer, among other Councillors and staff.
